ALMIOFLAG is the perfect
solution for printing directly on textiles. By using Roland™ printing
technology combined with an in-line calender, the ink can
be applied in a single pass and sublimed or thermofixed.
Ideal for flags, banners and decorative fabrics. Transfer
paper is not required. This saves expensive production
time and you require much less room than when you work
with separate printing and sublimation units.
ALMIOFLAG is equipped with a calender with temperature adjustment up to 220°C
and a perimeter of 62 cm. This method allows the material to reach the desired
temperature irrespective of the colour being printed and contact with the calender
is only for as long as is required for the completion of the sublimation or thermofixing*
process - even at maximum printing speed.
ALMIOFLAG is the ideal machine for printers working with dispersion or sublimation
inks or those using textile pigments.
